Shipping and Delivery
DOMESTIC (USA) SHIPPING STATUS:
Delivery interruptions are possible with ALL carriers due to regional issues involving employee shortages and weather conditions. Please review any tracking links you receive to get more information on any possible delays for your order. We do not have any control over shipments once they leave our facility and Do Not Guarantee Delivery on the number of days specified by the shipping couriers. Due to the high volume of porch thefts recently, we may require a signature based on cost and location delivered. We are not responsible for missing packages once delivered.
UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to a PO Box, so be sure to include a Physical Shipping Address on all orders!
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping
The size and weight of your order plus the delivery address will determine which carrier we use. Typically, we use USPS for items which weigh less and UPS Ground for longer and heavier packages. UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box, so be sure to include a physical shipping address on all orders. Due to the high volume of porch thefts recently, we may require a signature based on cost and/or delivery location. We are not responsible for missing packages once delivered and cannot guarantee delivery on any specific date.
We make every attempt to process all orders placed before 12:00 p.m. CT Monday-Friday, unless we are extremely busy. Standard delivery time is 4 business days to most U.S. locations; however, employee shortages at distribution centers and weather-related problems can cause delivery delays. Once your shipment leaves our facility, we have no control over delivery times.
Expedited Shipping
You cannot place expedited orders from our website. If you need expedited shipping, you will have to call us and place your order by telephone. We can guarantee that expedited shipping orders will be shipped on the same day we receive them, but we cannot guarantee delivery any specific date and we cannot refund expedited shipping fees. Shipping (Alaska – Hawaii)
Shipping rates to these locations have been changing weekly due to changing fuel surcharges. Therefore, we can no longer offer a flat rate shipping fee to Alaska, Hawaii or international countries from our website. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii and would like to place an order, please email or call us and we will let you know what the current shipping rate will be to your location.
Shipping (International)
Due to shipping delays, lost orders, and undeliverable mail, we now only ship product to the continental U.S. Many international customers use a freight forwarder located in the states which forward the product to their location. This eliminates our liability for lost packages and still allows us to ship product out of the country.

Shipping Address
Be sure your shipping address is entered correctly when checking out through our website. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be charged what it costs us to re-ship the order. Fees can vary so double check your address. USPS will not deliver to a business or residence that does not have a mailbox. If you pick up your mail at a PO Box, be sure to include the PO Box # along with a physical address. UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box, so be sure to include a Physical Shipping Address on all orders. Transit Time Expectations
Many things can cause shipping delays including employee shortages at courier distribution centers, severe weather, and accidents. Once the shipment leaves our facility it is out of our control, and we cannot guarantee arrival times. Due to distribution employee shortages, transit times are no longer being guaranteed by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
