One Year Limited Warranty
- All lights come with a One Year Limited Repair or Replacement Warranty.
- If your light fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will repair it or replace it at no charge to you.
- We require a picture which shows the light has malfunctioned (LEDs not working). Please contact us at 785-621-2646 for a Return Authorization Number.

We Require Reasonable Proof of Purchase. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you retain your sales receipt or invoice. If you purchase the light directly from us, we will have record of the purchase. However, if you purchase the light from a dealer you will need to keep your receipt.

This warranty does not cover cut or damaged power-cords
- This warranty does not cover broken glass unless the glass was damaged during shipping.

This warranty does not cover surface scratches or weathering as this is considered normal wear.

This warranty does not cover lights damaged by Acts of God – storm, earthquake, hail, flood, fire, or any other natural disaster including hurricane and tropical storm force winds and rains, or other weather-related incidents.
- This warranty does not cover lights damaged by water. “Above Water” lights are for “above water” use only and cannot be submerged in water or subjected to tidal surges. Above Water Lights should be mounted high enough above the water to prevent submersion or being hit by excessive water.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by barnacles, clams or other underwater marine life. Underwater lights must be removed and cleaned on a regular basis to prevent damage. Barnacles and clams will eventually destroy any underwater light if not properly maintained.
